Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened food items. If you receive damaged products or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will gladly replace the items or provide a full refund.
During warm weather months (May through September), we reserve the right to hold orders or substitute heat-sensitive items to ensure product quality. For items purchased through Amazon, please follow Amazon's standard return process. For farmers market purchases, all sales are final, and quality issues must be reported the same day.
