Our History
For over four decades, Alan Carver has been perfecting the art of fudge-making in his home kitchen, transforming simple ingredients into delectable confections that have delighted family and friends. What began as a personal passion soon became known throughout his community as friends clamored for his handcrafted treats. After years of encouragement from those who had experienced his remarkable fudge, Alan decided to turn his beloved hobby into something more. In January 2025, he launched Carver House Fudge & Brittle, bringing his time-tested recipes and dedication to quality to a wider audience. Each batch of fudge and brittle is still made with the same care and attention to detail that Alan has practiced since his very first attempts at candy-making, ensuring that every customer experiences the same joy that inspired his journey.
